What Rangelytics is (and isn't)

Rangelytics is an AI-powered golf practice tool in beta. It reads your launch-monitor data and swing videos and generates coaching suggestions. The analysis is AI-generated guidance, not professional instruction. It can make mistakes, and it is not a substitute for a certified golf instructor. Golf is a physical activity — use your own judgment before attempting any drill or swing change, and stop if something hurts. You use Rangelytics at your own risk.

Your uploads

Your session screenshots and swing videos are processed in memory only: frames are extracted, sent to our AI provider for analysis, and discarded. We do not save your images or videos on our servers, and we cannot retrieve them after your analysis completes.

What we do store

To run the beta we keep a small amount of data:

• Analysis logs — the date, device type, golfer level, number of videos, and your invite code (if any). No images, no video, no names.
• Feedback you submit — your thumbs up/down and any comments you write.
• Your email address — only if you choose to join the launch list. We'll use it to tell you about the launch and nothing else. Reply to any email to be removed.
• An anonymous browser cookie (rl_uid) — a random ID so we can tell whether beta testers return. It contains no personal information and is not used for advertising.

We never store your IP address in raw form, and we don't sell or share any of this data.

AI processing

Analyses are generated by Anthropic's Claude models. Your screenshot and video frames are sent to Anthropic's API for processing, subject to Anthropic's commercial terms. API inputs are not used to train their models.

Beta terms

The service is provided as-is, with daily usage limits, and may change or be unavailable at any time. Invite codes are for the invited tester — please don't share them publicly.

Who can use it

Rangelytics is not directed at children under 13.
